At Lanarkshire Housing Association, learning is part of who we are — and now it’s award-winning.
Each week, we dedicate two hours to learning, with everyone involved. Between April 2025 and February 2026, our team completed 380 eLearning modules with 100% participation.
It’s about more than numbers, it’s a culture where learning is shared, supported, and expected at every level. Across 90 topics, our team builds knowledge, tracks development, and strengthens impact through the SHARE e-Learning system.
With leadership leading by example, learning is embedded in everything we do, helping us build a confident, capable and accountable workforce.
We’re incredibly proud this commitment has been recognised with a WIN at the SHARE Awards 2026 for Digital Learning Organisation of the Year.
