We are pleased to introduce our new Five-Year Strategic Plan 2026–2031, launched on 1 April 2026.
The Plan, “Maintaining, Improving, and Growing”, sets out our vision and priorities for the next five years. It reaffirms our commitment to providing safe, high-quality homes, delivering excellent services, and supporting the communities we serve.
Developed by the Management Committee and shaped by feedback from residents, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, the strategy will guide our work as we continue to invest in our homes, improve services, strengthen our organisation, and work alongside residents to build thriving, sustainable communities.
