Applying To Change Your Tenancy

If you want to change your tenancy from a joint tenancy to a single tenancy, or add someone to your tenancy, you need to apply to us for a Change of Tenancy.  

Succession

If you die the tenancy may pass to another person who has been living with you in your home, as long as they meet certain conditions.  You can find information on this in your tenancy agreement, with further guidance available from our office.

Subletting, Lodgers and Assignation

Should you wish to sublet, take in a lodger or transfer the tenancy to someone else, then you must receive prior written permission from us.  You can get more information on this from our Housing Team.
