Our Performance
We are committed to effectively managing our performance in order to provide the tenants and customers with the best possible services.
The Scottish Social Housing Charter (The Charter)
The Charter was introduced by the Scottish Government in April 2012 and sets out clear information on the standards and outcomes that service users can expect from social landlords and helps them to hold landlords to account if these expectations are not met.
The Scottish Housing Regulator (the Regulator) also plays an important role as it assesses how landlords perform against the Charter and publishes a report each year on performance (Landlord Report).
In order to make tenants and other customers aware of the level of performance that we are achieving, we regularly publish a number of important documents as follows:
These documents provide an overview of how we performed in relation to the key services and indicators set by the Regulator and also demonstrate how we did compared to both the Scottish average and that of our Peers.
