We are delighted to publish our Charter Performance Report for the year 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, an opportunity to share with our tenants and customers our journey to meet and exceed the Performance Standards in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
In this report we provide a comparison with the Scottish Average, as published by the SHR, and we 'benchmark' our performance against other similar social housing landlords, shown as our Peer Group
We have used feedback from our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Survey to develop this Performance Report. We are currently working through an action plan to improve customer satisfaction, ahead of preparing for a new Tenant Satisfaction Survey in 2027.
