Help Paying Your Rent

We are committed to charging affordable rents, however, if you are on a low income you may be able to apply for assistance to cover some or all of your rent.

If you are currently in receipt of Housing Benefit and require help regarding a change of circumstances please contact a member of the Housing Team on 01698 269119.   Alternatively, you may need assistance with a Universal Credit claim and you should contact the Department for Work and Pensions direct.

Additionally, we can arrange an appointment for you with the AFTAR Project (Advice for Tenants and Residents) who offer free and impartial advice on income maximisation and welfare benefits.
