How We Allocate Our Houses

Our properties are allocated, in North Lanarkshire, using a points based system designed to award priority to those in greatest housing need.  Download the Allocations Policy. 

We have a Nomination Agreement with North Lanarkshire Council and nominations are requested for 50% of available properties.

Due to the low number of properties, South Lanarkshire Council has 100% nomination rights for these properties.
