Our Performance
We are committed to effectively managing our performance in order to provide the tenants and customers with the best possible services.
The Scottish Social Housing Charter
The Charter was introduced by the Scottish Government in April 2012 and sets out clear information on the standards and outcomes that service users can expect from social landlords and helps them to hold landlords to account if these expectations are not met.
The Scottish Housing Regulator also plays an important role as it assesses how landlords perform against the Charter each year and publishes an annual Landlord Report on the Association's performance.
In order to make tenants and other customers aware of the level of performance the Association achieves, a number of important documents are regularly published as follows:
These documents provide an overview of how the Association performed in relation to the key services and indicators set by the Regulator and also demonstrate a comparison to both the Scottish average and that of our Peers.
The Scottish Housing Regulator also issue each landlord with an annual Engagement Plan. Here is the Association's current Engagement Plan.
