Having already achieved the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (the Scottish Government’s main measure of housing quality) our focus is now on continuing improvements to meet the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing. 

The Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing aims to achieve specific minimum standards and reduce energy consumption, fuel poverty and the emission of greenhouse gases by 2020.
