Steady Hands in a Time of Change
In early 2025, Lanarkshire Housing Association faced disruption when three experienced Committee Members retired, triggering a Notifiable Event and testing a new leadership team.
The response was swift. A focused recruitment drive brought in six high-calibre Members, while existing Members ensured continuity, mentored new colleagues, and supported a new Executive Team.
New Members quickly became active contributors, helping to reshape governance, appoint new Office Bearers, and set a refreshed strategic direction.
Within six months, the Committee achieved a Strong audit outcome and a positive independent appraisal, all while managing complex challenges and maintaining a clear focus on customers.
In a period of significant change, they didn’t just adapt—they led.

A Culture That Learns Together
