Rechargeable Repairs

The cost of repairs required as a result of an accident and/or damage caused by the tenant (or a member of or visitor to their household) will need to be met by tenants. 

It should also be noted that where tenants incorrectly call out a contractor or misuse the repairs service - the repair may become chargeable. 

We will advise of this further when such repairs are reported.
