Rent Arrears

We aim to minimise rent arrears in a sensitive and supportive manner, based on providing help and advice. We will always work with tenants to ensure that they receive appropriate information as well as any benefits they are entitled to. However, if a tenant does not pay their rent and fails to engage with us, we will take action against them and they are at risk of losing their home.
