Rent Review 2026/27 – share your views
Lanarkshire Housing Association’s annual rent review consultation is now open. This year we are asking tenants to choose between three options (4%, 4.5% or 5%). We hope that the attached document will explain what each of these options mean in terms of service provision and investment in your home.
You should receive a copy of this document with a questionnaire to share your views. This can be returned to us in the pre-paid envelope provided. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw where two tenants will receive a £75 voucher.
