Rents & Benefits

All the services we provide to our tenants are funded from the rents we receive from them.  It is absolutely essential that tenants pay their rent to us when it falls due, to ensure that we can continue to deliver these services.

We will work with tenants to make sure they are in receipt of all the benefits they are entitled to and appropriate arrangements for paying rent can be agreed where necessary.

Tenants who fail to pay their rent may face legal action which could ultimately result in them being evicted from their home.
