Repairs & Maintenance
It is important that your home is maintained to the highest possible standard.
Under the terms of your tenancy agreement the Association will be responsible for ensuring that repairs are carried out at a time which is convenient to you with the least amount of disruption.
However, where damage is caused or repairs are required through some form of carelessness or negligence, then you will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance is carried out. The Association can arrange for these repairs to be completed, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to you.
If an appointment has been made with you to allow access to a contractor and then you subsequently fail to meet this appointment without prior notice, then you will be responsible to pay for the contractor’s aborted call out fee.
The quality of the service we provide is important to us, and your feedback on the service you receive plays a huge role in assessing this. We survey all tenants who report repairs to ascertain the level of service they receive. If there is any aspect of the repairs service you experienced from either the Association or the contractor which does not meet your expectations, then you have the opportunity to let us know.
