Right To Repair

Tenants have the right, under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, to have small urgent repairs carried out within a given timescale under the Right to Repair Scheme.

If our contractor does not start a qualifying repair within the set time limit, you can instruct another contractor, from our list, to carry out the repair and you will also receive compensation from the Association.   Please refer to the Scottish Government's advice for further information.
