Tenant Participation

RTOs are central to the tenant participation process and we comply with our duty to inform and consult with them on housing matters.  We have also established procedures to assist groups to become registered, under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.  The Registered Tenant Organisation information leaflet and application form are also available from our office for any groups of tenants interested in formal registration.

We are committed to developing effective participation with our customers and are keen to seek their views in order to help us better meet needs and improve the services we provide.

You can have your say on how our services are delivered.  You can also influence decisions and contribute to formulating policies.  If you wish to contribute, you can do so in a number of ways including:

  • Tenant Focus Group
  • Tenant Conference
  • Tenant Satisfaction Survey
  • Become a Member of the Association
